We ship all orders using Swiss Post or UPS, depending on the destination and the most suitable shipping service.

Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order or individually customized.
To ensure the highest quality, production and order processing may take several business days before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information (where available).
Stock Availability
If an item is already available in stock, we will ship it as quickly as possible.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, production will begin immediately after your order is received. This may slightly extend the overall delivery time.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Karsh Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment.
