We offer standard delivery via Swiss Post or UPS, ensuring fast and reliable service.

If your selected item is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 3–7 business days. Our fulfillment team works diligently to ensure your hoodie arrives promptly.
Out-of-Stock Items
If your item is temporarily unavailable, we will begin custom production right away. Each hoodie is carefully customized with premium printing or embroidery, and you’ll receive an estimated delivery date as soon as production starts. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and current shipping address. Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or outdated address information.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier (Swiss Post or UPS).
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g. postal delays, incorrect address), we will notify the customer via email. If there is no response within 3 months, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid will be retained as a contractual penalty to settle all claims related to the order.
