Refund policy
Returns If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customized products (such as printed or embroidered hoodies) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@karsh-it.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you may send the item back using your preferred carrier or ask for a return label (available via Swiss Post or UPS).
Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and promotional products are non-refundable.
